Race Details

This race marked the beginning of the Swimrun movement in North America. The route is incredibly diverse, with cold, salty swims and runs along quintessential New England island roads and trails. The course changes every year depending on the tides, so a swim crossing one year might be a run leg the next. Participants must be prepared for anything and everything. This course is best suited for robust and well-rounded athletes with a keen sense of adventure.
