Swimrun is an activity where you might have close encounters with nature. As all such activities it is important to be aware of risks and how to manage them properly. Your safety is important to us.

• check out the weather and the sea conditions so you know what is awaiting you
• dress according to temperature on land and in the water
• be aware of food and energy needs
• bring a friend
• make sure you are visible in the water. People do not expect to meet swimmers while boating. A safety buoy can be a great idea
• what do you need to do if an accident happens
