ÖTILLÖ Swimrun kids race on Åland
On August 10, 2025, we’re bringing the brand-new ÖTILLÖ Kids Race to the beautiful Åland Islands. This swimrun event is made for young athletes and gives kids a great chance to try swimrun for the first time. The 800-meter course includes 4 runs and 3 swims through amazing nature. It’s all about having fun, discovering the sport, and making great memories outdoors.
This race is ideal for kids who are new to swimrun, just getting started, or already have some experience. Swim sections are short (50–100 meters), and the running takes place on safe trails. The goal is for every child to feel confident and have fun.
Parents can support their children during the swim by staying close or letting them hold on if needed. However, only standard swimrun gear is allowed. Floating aids or inflatable devices are not permitted, to keep things fair.
The entry fee is 20 EUR and includes a race bib, a swim cap, food and drinks, and a finisher medal. Trained lifeguards and safety boats will be present, so kids and parents can enjoy the event with peace of mind.
