Alternative Race Options for Swimrun Athletes After the Final 15K Cancellation
We regret to inform you that the Final 15K will not be taking place this year. We know many of you were looking forward to this challenging and exciting event, but unfortunately, it will not be held in 2025.
However, for athletes eager to race and challenge themselves in a similar environment, we highly recommend participating in the Sprint at ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Utö, a fantastic event on the beautiful island of Utö. This race offers a stunning course and a thrilling swimrun experience that will satisfy your competitive spirit.
If you’re unable to make it to Utö, we still have some excellent alternatives for you. Consider racing in the Sprint at ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Åland on August 9th – just three weeks before the Final 15K was originally scheduled. This event will offer a great challenge and the chance to race in one of the most scenic locations in the ÖTILLÖ Swimrun series.
Alternatively, the Sprint at ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Rügen on September 13th is also a great option for those looking to race after the time the Final 15K would have taken place. The event is scheduled just two weeks after the original date, and it promises a memorable race in the beautiful Rügen archipelago.
Special Note for 2024 Final 15K Winners
If you won the Final 15K last year and received a free start for this year’s event, you can now use that voucher at any other ÖTILLÖ Sprint event in 2025. Simply reach out to [email protected] to request your new discount and choose the event that suits you best.
