Västerås, located in central Sweden by the picturesque lake Mälaren. Combining a fun Swimrun event with great conditions together with a relaxing SPA, this is not just a race! It is an experience featuring friendship, common dinner, SPA, start from boat and much more. The fast course is defined by the beautiful lake archipelago, leafy forest and industrial heritage of the city. Get ready to race, find new friends and make memories that will last a lifetime!

In the heart of the Alps, on the border of the Belledonne mountain range, the Taillefer, the Oisans and the Écrins National Park, the courses for the 5th edition of the SWIMRUNMAN GRANDS LACS DE LAFFREY will pass through the towns of Cholonge, Saint Théoffrey, Villard-Saint-Christophe and Laffrey, a veritable home for swimrunners.

Swimrun Coniston is located in the heart of the stunning and varied Lake District National Park, one of the most beautiful settings for a swimrun. The course takes you along forest trails, through 4 glacial ribbon lakes and over rugged fell mountains. In addition to the Merit race there are 2 shorter courses, so there’s a route for everyone.
