Structured Programs
The programs are delivered in TrainingPeaks, an industry-leading platform used by both amateurs and elite athletes. It gives you a clear overview of your sessions and your progress.
TrainingPeaks is a digital training platform where you can:
Connect your sports watch (Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Coros, Apple Watch, etc.) for automatic workout uploads
Your coach has created structured sessions in TrainingPeaks. You follow the plan day by day and can move sessions around to fit your schedule. If you connect your watch, you can even follow the workouts in real time.

Sprint Program: approx. 4–6 hours per week. Focus on building base endurance and taking your first steps in swimrun.
World Series Program: approx. 9–12 hours per week. For more experienced athletes aiming to perform at longer distances.
The programs are built in 12-week blocks and continue with progressive training as part of your subscription.
