Stunning second edition of ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Isles of Scilly

The third stop of the ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Series saw 200 participants in teams of two from 17 different nations taking on the beautiful course at the Isles of Scilly, situated 45 km off the coast of south-west England. The competitors tackled a total of 38 km of trail running and open water swimming on and between the Scillonian islands in the splendid summer weather.

Third stop of the ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Series at Isles of Scilly 17 June

ÖTILLÖ Swimrun will be back at the beautiful, pristine islands south west of England for the third stop of the Swimrun World Series on 17 June. The UK qualifier for the ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Championship will see 110 teams of two from 17 nations tackling a total of 37,5 km of alternating trail running and open water swimming around the scenic isles of Scilly. Another 32 teams will take on the shorter sprint race on Sunday 18 June.

ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Utö – The Swedish Swimrun World Series event 28 May

The fifth edition of ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Utö will seriously kick off the swimrun season in Scandinavia on 27-28 May. No less than 280 teams from 21 different nationalities have registered to the 43 km tough but magnificent ÖTILLÖ World Series event on 27 May. 73 teams from nine different nationalities are signed up for the sprint race the day before, on 27 May.

World Champion titles at stake at swimrun giant ÖTILLÖ

The eleventh edition of the gruelling Swimrun World Championship, ÖTILLÖ, will be held on 5 September. 120 teams of two are taking on the imposing 75 km race through the archipelago of Stockholm in Sweden. More than 600 teams from all over the world are on the waiting list. ÖTILLÖ is the original swimrun race and the pioneer for the new and fast growing sport of swimrun. It is one of the toughest one day races in the world. The competitors run and swim for hours on end in wetsuit and shoes, over and between 26 islands in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago, situated in the cold Baltic sea.
