ÖTILLÖ swimrun and Nordsol Energi work together to make more sustainable events.
We are extremely proud to announce a national partnership in Sweden with Nordsol Energi, a Swedish provider of solar panels to make our events more sustainable.
Nordsol Energi have mounted enough solar panels at Utö Värdshus to compensate for all the electricity we consume at Utö with our swimrun events ÖTILLÖ, The Swimrun World Championship, ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Utö and ÖTILLÖ Sprint Final15K. This makes us electricity neutral.
The next step for us is to look at our fuel consumption.
Do you want to mount solar panels on your home or your office? Nordsol offers you the the “projecting cost” and the first three solar panels for free if you are planning to mount some in Sweden. At some of our races they will be racing as Team Nordsol, talk to them there or contact them.
