On the Friday before the race we will have several social activities that are open for you, your friends and your family.At 11 am we will together with local school children go out on some of the beaches and collect garbage together. Some of this will be sorted right away as ”useful garbage”.
At 2 pm a local artist, Mark Boellaard will have a workshop at Fabrika 35 on how to make the ”useful garbage” into art installations. He calls his work ”assemplage” – check out his instagram @markboellaard for inspiration.
At 4 pm we together with ARK and Vivobarefoot will host a Social swimrun. Starting on the beach below Hotel Amfora. NOTE: This is not to perform; it is to have fun and to bring your families and friends into the sport.
At 6:30 pm we can all meet up for a social drink and finger food at the ”roof top” bar at Hotel Adriana in the harbor.
