ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Weekend 1000 LakesÖTILLÖ Sprint 1000 Lakes – September 30, 2017
You want to have a go at something new and fun? Look no further, this is it!
Participating in a swimrun together with a team mate is fun, inspiring and as challenging as you want it to be. We have created a taste of the ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Series race for you to sample with some runs and some swims being the same. You get the same feeling of going together with a common transport to the start and from there following a beautiful course almost in a straight line to the finish line.
As the races are the day before or the day after our ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Series events it is also a way for you to be part of the whole swimrun weekend!
From 2017 you can also register your swimrun ID and collect points in our ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Sprint series. The winners of each category will get a free entry to the ÖTILLÖ 1000 Lakes World Series event the following year.
The ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Sprint 1000 lakes starts in the village of Kagar, close to Rheinsberg and follow some sections of the World Series event. A total distance of almost 15 km, with 5 runs and 4 swims. No swim will be longer than 750 metres and all swims are protected. The runs are beautiful; some on soft trail, some on old country roads and some with a lot of people around.
We look forward to seeing your smile and hearing you laugh when you cross the finish line.
A barely modified course will be posted shortly, the majority will be the same as before but with some changes. A correct times and distances schedule will follow.
