When ÖTILLÖ started in 2006 no one knew it would be the start of the swimrun movement around the World. Our family of races and racers is now growing in many countries as we keep adding races to the ÖTILLÖ SWIMRUN WORLD SERIES. This is the space to follow if you want to be on the cutting edge of the sport. All because of a drunken bet!

The ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Series is the premium brand in Swimrun providing sustainable events of the highest quality which challenge your mental and physical endurance. We are dedicated to recreate the ÖTILLÖ experience in unique places around the world and to inspire the growth of a community that shares our values.
The spirit of swimrun is based on teamwork, motivation, fun and passion. We want to bring you all of these emotions, we want to challenge you and we want to give you a fantastic adventure. These are all the reasons of why we have decided to create unique races in unique places. We want to share our world with you!

This is where you will find all information regarding the ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Championship, The ÖTILLÖ World Series and the ÖTILLÖ Sprints. You will also find everything that makes for a swimrun life; training, adventures and community.
As we see the sport from a sustainable angle we want to be part of conserving the nature we are in and we want to give back to those less fortunate. At every race location we work with local environmental organisations and through our donations to and our work with #Swimrunforlife we want to support those who are chasing the dream of safety over land and water.
